Scope & timing
Honest scope: copy deliverable only. Does not include list building, sending, deliverability, CRM work, or ongoing campaign management. Typical turnaround: 3 business days after payment and receipt of a completed intake form. Two small revision rounds included; revision window: 7 days after initial delivery.
Price & payment
One-time price: USD 199. All payments must use the owner-approved Stripe payment page linked below. No other payment destinations are accepted.
How to submit your intake
After payment, complete the intake questionnaire and email your answers to hello@grantmastermind.com. Do not reply to a Stripe receipt to submit intake information.
Refunds & disputes
Refunds are handled at the owner's discretion when deliverables materially fail to match the described scope. Buyers are expected to request revisions first (two rounds included). If a buyer files a Stripe dispute, the owner will respond with delivery artifacts and communications records. Stripe's dispute process may apply.
Privacy & data handling
Any prospect data you provide will be used only to create the deliverables. After final acceptance and any revision window, prospect lists and sensitive files will be deleted from workspace storage unless you explicitly request retention.
